Items returned within our 30 days returns period must be returned in the original packaging and with all the fixtures and fittings supplied with the item purchased, If you have attempted to install the item we will still except the return is the item hasn't been used and is still in new condition, in rare cases we may charge a 10% restocking fee on certain items
